Ora is not intended to simply reflect an image — it invites you to connect with the energy you are broadcasting to others. People respond not only to the physical but also to the energetic environment without noticing that they’re influencing it.
This energy is carried in the shape of light in difference wavelength that produce different colors. Ora is designed as a contemplative object that makes you reflect into the electric impulses that emit energy and transform into light. Ora investigates the relationship between material, light, reflection, energy, and spatial perception. The piece creates shifting visual compositions throughout the day, responding to light, movement, and surrounding textures from different colors determined by the wavelength of light.
The piece was developed through an extensive process of refinement, where proportion, materiality, and reflection were carefully studied to achieve a sense of balance and visual stillness. Rather than competing with the space, Mirror was designed to heighten the atmosphere around it — allowing light, shadow, and texture to become part of the composition itself.
